Customer Deployment Engineer (Healthcare AI): Responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Harrison.Ai diagnostic AI solutions for healthcare clients with an accent on onsite and remote system installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.Focus on delivering high-quality technical support, managing integrations, and ensuring successful customer deployments in the healthcare domain.Location: Spain, with up to 25% travel requiredCompany Harrison.Ai develops diagnostic AI solutions to support clinicians in delivering earlier, more accurate diagnoses and improving healthcare access globally.What you will do Implement and configure Harrison.Ai software solutions as part of project teams, including onsite and remote activities.Communicate with customers and internal teams to gather project requirements and provide training.Manage and support Ubuntu Linux enterprise systems remotely.Collaborate with healthcare vendor partners to maintain system integrations.Provide Level 2 and 3 technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for customers and sales teams.Document troubleshooting steps and manage customer cases professionally.Requirements Location: Must be based in SpainExperience with case management tools (Salesforce Service Cloud, Jira) and knowledge base platforms (Confluence, SharePoint).Familiarity with AWS, VMWare, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and Linux system administration.Knowledge of healthcare informatics standards and protocols (HL7, DICOM, PACS, EHR, RIS).Networking knowledge including DNS and TCP/IP.Willingness to travel up to 25% of the year.Nice to have Experience with healthcare workflow engines (e.G., Nextgen Connect).Strong customer engagement and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.Culture & Benefits Work on pioneering AI technology improving global healthcare outcomes.Collaborate with a diverse, global team in a culture of trust and autonomy.Access to yearly learning and development budgets, mentoring, and career growth frameworks.Flexible work options including work from home and flexible hours.Inclusive family support policies covering fertility, parenthood, and beyond.#J-*****-Ljbffr
