continuación y no dude en enviar su candidatura. At Airbus UpNext, we are looking for an engineer to design, deploy, and scale the essential tooling, visualization platforms, and network infrastructure that enable deterministic, real?time autonomy. You will create the operational environment and diagnostic capabilities, bridging autonomy development with robust observability and continuous deployment practices.Your mission is to ensure that advanced autonomy algorithms are powerful, reliably developed, continuously integrated, and effectively monitored in flight?ready environments.Mission To establish the robust infrastructure and advanced tooling necessary for continuous integration, deployment (CI/CD), operation of autonomy software, high?density observability, user?friendly Human?Machine Interfaces, and maintain stability across development and test environments so that multidisciplinary teams can collaborate frictionlessly.Responsibilities Define and implement observability architecture for autonomy software, including real?time monitoring, data logging, and telemetry analysis.Design and create visualization dashboards (e.G., using Grafana) for predictable and safe execution.Design and implement user?friendly Human?Machine Interfaces, including web?based front?end and proxy back?end systems for real?time visualization, operational control, and debugging.Establish and optimize CI/CD pipelines for embedded and safety?critical systems, ensuring fast, automated DevOps integration and validation of autonomy functions.Define, deploy, and maintain the software tooling ecosystem required to support efficient integration and validation of autonomy functions.Ensure seamless integration of model?based development workflows and testing frameworks across SIL, PIL, and HIL environments.Support configuration, maintenance, and diagnostics of hardware?in?the?loop test benches, managing the underlying IP network infrastructure.Qualifications Strong background in software tooling (C++/C/Python) and infrastructure engineering for embedded or safety?critical systems.Proven experience with observability platforms such as Grafana for real?time system monitoring and data visualization.Hands?on experience with Human?Machine Interface development, including web front?end and proxy back?end systems.Deep understanding of CI/CD pipeline establishment and DevOps practices tailored for embedded systems.Familiarity with network configuration, diagnostics, and maintenance of IP network infrastructure, especially for test bench environments.Hands?on experience or strong familiarity with robotics middleware (ROS/ROS2, DDS) as the core data transport layer.Strong proficiency in Linux system administration for embedded systems, including deployment, kernel configuration, and system hardening.Advanced scripting skills (C++, C, Python, Bash) for system automation, data processing, and CI/CD workflows.Experience deploying on?premise AI agent ecosystems, including local LLMs and multi?agent orchestration for code generation, test automation, and CI/CD optimization.Experience with model?based development (e.G., Simulink) and auto?code generation.Experience in software integration, debugging, and performance optimization in real?time environments.Familiarity with SIL, PIL, and HIL verification environments.Demonstrated ability to work in multidisciplinary engineering teams and manage technical risks in a fast?paced environment.Strong English communication skills.Benefits Pivotal role in a strategic mission and development of critical competences for UAS flight.Build high?value assets and learning contributions for Airbus's future.Work on cutting?edge technology and explore disruptive solutions.Agile and empowering work culture that encourages initiative.Collaborate with a high?achieving, experienced, and fun team.Flexible working hours and the opportunity to work remotely.Complimentary freshly ground coffee and
