Forward Deployed Engineer (AI SaaS): Deploy production-ready AI voice agents integrated with CRM systems at global scale with an accent on AI configuration, real-time voice synthesis, and complex API integrations.Focus on building and tuning AI prototypes that convert to production, optimizing latency and conversation quality, and driving adoption metrics.Location: Onsite in Barcelona, SpainCompany CloudTalk is a global SaaS startup redefining business telephony with AI-powered voice agents, backed by a $28M Series B investment.What you will do Build and deploy AI voice agent prototypes and deep technical integrations with customer CRMs and helpdesks.Configure and optimize AI agents by tuning prompts, defining intents, and ensuring natural, low-latency conversations.Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to drive pipeline, adoption, and monthly recurring revenue growth.Translate field solutions into scalable product features by working closely with core engineering teams.Independently set up API integrations and automations, consulting technical teams only for advanced guidance.Requirements Must be located onsite in Barcelona, Spain .3+ years experience in hybrid technical/commercial roles such as solutions engineering or technical implementation.Expertise with REST APIs, webhooks, JSON, and low-code automation tools like Make, n8n, or Zapier.Hands-on experience with CRM platforms like HubSpot and Salesforce, including custom data mapping and workflows.Ability to write Python or JavaScript scripts for data transformation when needed.Practical experience with LLM workflows, prompt tuning, and building guardrails against hallucinations.Strong communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.Nice to have Experience working with global SaaS or AI-powered communication platforms.Background in sales engineering or pre-sales technical roles.Culture & Benefits Unlimited paid time off and flexible working hours.Learning and development budget with leadership coaching.Quarterly recharge Fridays and fitness allowance.MacBook provided for work and company merchandise.Virtual and physical team building events and referral bonuses.#J-*****-Ljbffr
