Job description
Tech Mahindra is seeking an experienced NOC Technician to support 2G/3G/4G/5G RAN networks in Madrid. You will manage N1 incidents, diagnose faults, and coordinate with equipment vendors to ensure service quality.
Requirements
The ideal candidate has 7-10 years in NOC roles, strong troubleshooting skills, and proficiency with tools such as iGRI, OMEGA, INFOVISTA and GRAFANA. Spanish is mandatory; English is an asset.
