Job description
As an Agile Transformation Lead, your mission will be to be a key driver of the company's organizational transformation journey: someone with a systemic mindset, strong influencing skills, and empathy, who can help scale the company's processes, culture, and team autonomy., Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be responsible for, * Actively contributing to the company's organizational design and structure.
- Defining and executing the organizational improvement strategy, aligned with the company's business, technology, and departmental objectives.
- Providing methodological support for both strategic and tactical planning.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives across Business functions (Sales, Risk, Finance, etc.) and Product & Technology.
- Embedding Lean-Agile principles across the organization and coaching teams on their practical application.
- Defining and providing area-specific metrics to Heads and teams, enabling effective iteration planning and roadmap prioritization based on team capacity.
- Partnering with the Talent & Culture team and the Leadership Team to evolve the company culture, increase team autonomy, and foster cross-functional collaboration.
- Facilitating team workshops and sessions when needed, including ideation, solution design, planning, retrospectives, conflict resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Promoting transparent communication and ensuring information is accessible across the organization.
- Defining, tracking, and measuring the impact of organizational improvement initiatives through relevant KPIs.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role or as an Organizational Consultant.
- Proven experience partnering with C-level executives and influencing stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and drive alignment.
- Strong understanding of product development in complex organizational environments.
- Hands-on experience with Lean-Agile frameworks at scale, such as Nexus, LeSS, Spotify Model, or similar.
- Strong systems-thinking capabilities, with experience analyzing organizational dynamics and designing effective solutions.
- Experience leading change management initiatives, using frameworks such as ADKAR or similar.
- Alignment with the company's values and a good sense of humor., * Certification in Coaching (ICF, ORSC) or Scaled Agile (LeSS, Nexus, Certified Agile Coach).
- Previous experience in high-growth startups or scale-ups.
- Previous experience in the fintech industry.
- Experience designing and delivering training sessions, workshops, and coaching programs for managers and teams.
