Product Owner - Pharma Industry

You will be responsible for leading the product vision, roadmap and backlog while working closely with engineering, UX, architecture and business teams. You will prioritize features, coordinate stakeholders, facilitate product refinement sessions and ensure each delivery provides maximum value for users and the business., Hybrid model: office 2 days a week, flexible 40-hour workweek. We ask you to be available for key meetings but trust you to deliver quality work.

• More than 7 years of experience as Product Owner or Product Manager managing complex digital products.
• Strong experience defining product roadmaps, backlog prioritization and Agile delivery using Scrum, Kanban or SAFe.
• Experience working with cross functional teams including engineering, UX and business stakeholders.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro and product management tools in global organizations.
• Advanced English level and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
