Digital Campus IT Operations Specialist Compliance Solutions (M/F) - Albacete, Castilla-La Mancha, Spain., AS part of the Compliance Solutions team at Airbus Helicopters, you will manage development projects and requested evolutions that improve the classification and management of controlled data. You'll support the development, deployment, configuration and maintenance of IT compliance applications and oversee all associated infrastructure and processes to ensure compliance with regulations and SLAs., * Support the team in the development, deployment, configuration, and maintenance of IT compliance applications and their updates.

• Maintain solutions and associated infrastructure in operational condition in line with SLAs (monitoring/tracking), security constraints, and other PSLs.
• Ensure IT change requests are delivered in accordance with stakeholder requirements and that they continue to meet or exceed expectations.
• Communicate improvement, updates and obsolescence management of products to the Product Manager.
• Follow and supervise incident, problem, change, configuration, and event management processes.
• Supervise system backup processing, and lead disaster recovery tests.
• Generate and provide inputs required for KPI monitoring and provide insights/recommendations for improvements.

• Completed studies in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Information Systems.
• System administration knowledge on OCP servers and Windows/SQL Server environments.
• Knowledge of programming and scripting languages (Java, Perl, Python, PowerShell).
• Experience using Agile SAFE principles (continuous delivery, iterative approach, PoCs, MVPs, industrialization).
• Strong communication skills and high motivation for collaborative work in a trans-national business environment.
• Fluent in Spanish and advanced English.
• Self-driven with a collaborative team spirit; capable of solving complex issues and analysing problem statements.
• Security clearance required, or eligibility for clearance by recognized authorities.
