Job description
The main objective of the role is to ensure accurate, compliant, and timely creation and maintenance of product master data in the ERP system. The position supports business continuity by delivering fast, consistent, and high-quality administrative execution aligned with Caldic's standards and regulatory requirements., Handle product requests, including creating new products, extending existing products, and updating related master data in the ERP system. Maintain high data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with Caldic's ways of working. Process and update SDS-related information when relevant to product master data. Ensure timely administrative support to internal stakeholders across Europe, primarily QHSE. Monitor data quality and initiate corrections when discrepancies are identified. Support continuous improvement of master data processes and documentation.

Requirements
Strong administrative skills with high accuracy, speed, and consistency. Experience with ERP systems and master data processes (product creation, extensions, updates). Knowledge of chemistry or hazardous products is considered a merit. Good command of standard office software (Excel, Word, Outlook). Ability to work in a structured, reliable, and service-oriented manner. Strong alignment with Caldic's operational standards and ways of working. About Caldic
