What the InfoSec & Compliance Analyst role looks like
As our InfoSec & Compliance Analyst, you will help protect Virtuagym's systems, products and data while supporting the security and compliance requirements of our customers and partners.
A key part of your role will be coordinating and completing security questionnaires, requests for information and due diligence assessments during enterprise sales and onboarding processes. You'll gather input from teams such as Engineering, Product, IT, Legal and Sales, translate technical controls into clear customer-facing answers and ensure that responses are accurate and consistent.
Alongside this, you'll support our wider information security and compliance program by maintaining policies and evidence, helping prepare for audits, monitoring risks and contributing to the continuous improvement of our security controls.
What you will own
- Own the coordination and completion of enterprise customer security questionnaires, due diligence requests and requests for information.
- Drive collaboration between Sales, Legal, Product, Engineering and IT to provide accurate, clear and timely security and compliance responses.
- Improve our library of standard security answers, supporting evidence and customer-facing documentation to make future assessments faster and more consistent.
- Support security and compliance activities, including risk assessments, control testing, policy reviews, audit preparation and evidence collection.
- Monitor security risks, vulnerabilities, incidents and remediation actions, helping ensure that identified issues are followed through to resolution.
- Build security awareness across Virtuagym by providing practical guidance and helping teams understand their security and compliance responsibilities.

- 1-2 years of relevant experience in information security, compliance, IT risk, governance or a comparable role, preferably within a SaaS or technology environment.
- Experience completing customer security questionnaires, vendor assessments, due diligence requests or enterprise procurement documentation.
- Working knowledge of information security and privacy topics such as ISO 27001, GDPR, access management, incident response, vulnerability management and cloud security.
- Strong written communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to turn complex technical information into clear and reliable answers.
- A proactive and detail-oriented mindset, strong ownership and professional proficiency in English.
