Job description
- You will be the primary engineering subject matter expert for SAP EAM (Plant Maintenance) and associated engineering systems
- Support the onboarding of new plants, assets and maintenance activities into SAP EAM
- Create, maintain and govern engineering master data including equipment records, functional locations, spare parts, Bills of Materials (BOMs) and maintenance plans
- Support engineering and maintenance teams in the effective use of SAP PM, Materials Management and related systems
- Deliver user training, coaching and system guidance to engineering, maintenance and operational personnel
- You will support annual maintenance planning, plant shutdowns and turnaround activities through effective system configuration and reporting
- Develop and maintain standard processes, work instructions and system documentation for SAP EAM activities
- And you will work with digital and global teams to deploy enhancements, upgrades and new EAM functionality, including Fiori applications and other emerging technologies
- Support integration of engineering systems and tools including Winshuttle, Prometheus, and other approved digital solutions
- You will drive standardisation of maintenance processes, spare parts management and engineering data structures
- Develop reports, dashboards and data analysis to improve maintenance performance, asset reliability and decision-making
- Investigate system issues, coordinate resolutions and support users in maintaining business continuity
- Identify and implement opportunities for process automation, digitalisation and continuous improvement
- Also you will support engineering governance activities by ensuring accuracy, completeness and quality of engineering and maintenance data
Requirements
- You will hold a relevant Engineering qualification (Engineering degree, HNC/HND or equivalent)
- It is essential that you have experience of SAP PM/EAM systems in an industrial or manufacturing environment
- Furthermore, knowledge of maintenance processes, asset management and engineering data is a must
- You will possess the ability to interpret technical drawings and engineering documentation, have strong analytical, problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset
- You can demonstrate effective communication, training and stakeholder management skills
- Finally you will have the ability to work with integrity, role modelling behaviours aligned to being an inclusive workplace
