Senior UX Designer (London, UK)

We're looking for a UX Designer (located in London preferbly), to join our Product & Experience Design team and shape the next generation of data-driven, AI-enabled experiences in clinical research.

You'll define and deliver intuitive, elegant, and human-centred design solutions across CluePoints' platform - helping global users monitor data integrity, identify risk, and make confident, compliant decisions. This role sits at the intersection of design, data, and AI - perfect for someone who thrives in complex systems and wants to make a tangible impact on healthcare innovation.

• 4+ years of experience in UX, Product, or Interaction Design, with a strong portfolio of shipped, complex, data-driven products.
• Expertisein information architecture, system thinking, and designing for analytical or AI-enhanced applications.
• Advancedproficiencyin Figma and experience with shared design systems.
• Strong communicationand storytelling skills to influence stakeholders and articulate design rationale.
• Experience collaborating closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Data Scientists.
• Deep understanding of usability principles, accessibility standards, and iterative design processes.
• A collaborative, curiousmindsetand passion for designing with purpose.

Nice to Have

• Experience in life sciences, health tech, or regulated environments.
• Familiarity with data visualisation, agentic AI systems, or human-AI interaction design.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) or comfort collaborating with engineers.
