Job description

The Data Manager will oversee all aspects of data collection, analysis, and reporting across the school.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the school MIS system
  • Coordinating assessment cycles
  • Producing progress and attainment reports
  • Supporting exam data processing
  • Monitoring attendance and behaviour data trends
  • Submitting statutory returns (School Census)
  • Training staff on data systems
  • Ensuring GDPR compliance
  • Supporting curriculum and timetable data
  • Providing analytical insight to SLT, The Data Manager works closely with the Exams Officer and Deputy Head (Curriculum). Structured reporting cycles are in place.
