Job description
The role involves providing first- and second-line IT support to staff and students, maintaining school IT systems, and supporting the smooth running of classroom and administrative technology. You will work closely with teaching staff and senior leaders to ensure reliable, secure, and effective IT provision across the school., * Provide day-to-day IT support to staff and pupils
- Maintain hardware, software, and network systems
- Support classroom technology including interactive boards and AV equipment
- Assist with user account management, device deployment, and troubleshooting
- Ensure IT systems are secure, reliable, and up to date

Requirements
- Previous experience in an IT Technician or IT Support role
- Strong working knowledge of Windows environments and Microsoft 365
- Experience supporting networks, hardware, and end users
- Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical users
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
