Job description

  • Develop and customize ServiceNow modules including ITSM and ITOM
  • Implement workflows for Problem Management, Complaints Management, and Knowledge Management
  • Create and maintain scripts, business rules, UI policies, and integrations
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions
  • Enhance platform performance and ensure best practices in development

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development
  • Expertise in ITSM, ITOM
  • Experience in Problem Management, Complaints Management, Knowledge Management
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, and ServiceNow scripting
  • Exposure to integrations and ServiceNow platform customization

Preferred:

  • ServiceNow certifications (CSA / CAD)
  • Agile/Scrum experience
