IDAM Technical Lead

• Manage several Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) workstreams supporting the adoption of IAM across Global Business and Global Functions
• Work with the team using standard project management reporting practices and keep JIRA and Confluence up to date
• Support the team in understanding and unblocking problems preventing progress
• Identify areas for continuous improvement across the programme
• Lead assigned internal stakeholders and vendors to deliver the agreed scope
• Engage with business and technology stakeholders to agree priorities
• Proactively follow up with project resources and ensure the workstream delivers to the agreed schedule
• Highlight any concerns with progress to the programme manager to keep delivery on track
• Manage changes to plan, resourcing, and new requirements
• Provide weekly reporting of status, risks, and issues across the workstream

• Strong project management skills
• Good technical understanding of DevOps, Jenkins, CI/CD pipelines, cloud and on-premise infrastructure platforms
• Previous hands-on experience delivering IAM projects
• Good technical understanding of IAM and controls capabilities and requirements
• Strong stakeholder engagement and excellent communication skills involving senior stakeholders
• Positive, proactive team player working as part of a large programme or global team
• Good understanding of regulatory and audit requirements
• An inquisitive nature with a rapid aptitude for learning

We are seeking an experienced IAM Delivery Lead to join our dynamic and highly skilled team, reporting to the Programme Manager and working within a fast-paced, complex, global environment.
