About the company

Rainford Berry are delighted to be exclusively recruiting this exciting opportunity for an experienced COINS Implementation Manager. He or she will lead a critical business transformation programme across two UK businesses within our clients: a Construction business and a Plant & Fleet Hire business. This 12-month fixed-term contract (with potential to extend and/or become permanent) will take ownership of the migration from Unit4 Agresso to COINS, delivering a modern ERP platform to support finance, commercial, operational and management reporting processes for approximately 200 users. With COINS already in use across other group companies, this programme is designed to maximise efficiencies by bringing the Group's development and construction businesses onto one shared ERP platform. This is a highly visible role requiring much more than traditional IT project management. The successful candidate will be a confident bridge between business stakeholders and software implementation teams, ensuring requirements are fully understood, constructively challenged and translated into practical, effective COINS solutions. He or she will help agree the scope of works, objectives, timelines, milestones and measures of success, before driving delivery through to implementation. You will manage stakeholders across multiple departments and ensure the programme achieves its strategic objectives.
