Job description
- Own recurring monthly people reporting cycles to deliver accurate, timely and high-quality reports across headcount, turnover, recruitment, diversity, absence and organisational trends.
- Build and maintain dashboards in Tableau and other reporting platforms in order to enable leaders to easily understand workforce performance and trends.
- Validate, reconcile and quality-check workforce data to maintain high standards of data accuracy, resolve anomalies, and strengthen governance processes.
- Improve reporting processes through standardisation and automation in order to reduce manual effort and increase efficiency using AI-enabled tools.
- Partner with People Business Partners, Finance, Talent Acquisition and business leaders to translate complex datasets into concise, business-focused insights.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in producing recurring operational or executive reporting, ideally within HR, People Analytics or Workforce Analytics.
- Proven success in developing dashboards using Tableau, Power BI or similar visualisation tools, alongside advanced Excel skills including complex formulas and Pivot Tables.
- In-depth knowledge on how to work with HRIS platforms (such as Dayforce, Workday, etc.) and apply strong data quality, validation and governance principles.
- Ability to commute to Skopje on a hybrid basis.
- Sincere interest in using data to solve business problems and support organisational success in a global, fast-paced environment.
- A knack for working collaboratively within cross-functional teams spanning People, Finance and business stakeholders, with the ability to explain data clearly to non-technical audiences and handle confidential employee data with absolute integrity and discretion.
