Job description
- Deliver 1st and 2nd Line IT support to users across multiple sites.
- Manage incidents and service requests through to successful resolution.
- Install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners and mobile devices.
- Support Microsoft 365, Azure and Intune environments.
- Administer Active Directory, Group Policy and Windows Server.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software and networking issues.
- Support VPN, Wi-Fi, DNS and DHCP environments.
- Assist with IT infrastructure upgrades and business improvement projects.
- Maintain accurate documentation and asset records.
- Deliver a high level of customer service to users across the business.

Requirements
- Minimum 2 years experience in an IT Support, Service Desk or 2nd Line Support role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows environments.
- Commercial experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, Microsoft Intune, Windows Server, Group Policy, DNS and DHCP.
- Experience troubleshooting desktop, hardware and networking issues.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple support requests.
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle.
- Desirable: VMware or Hyper-V experience.
- Desirable: VoIP or IP Telephony experience.
- Desirable: Endpoint Security solutions experience.
- Desirable: iOS and Android device management experience.
- Desirable: Linux or macOS exposure.
- Desirable: Manufacturing or industrial environment experience.
