Job description

  • Deliver 1st and 2nd Line IT support to users across multiple sites.
  • Manage incidents and service requests through to successful resolution.
  • Install, configure and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners and mobile devices.
  • Support Microsoft 365, Azure and Intune environments.
  • Administer Active Directory, Group Policy and Windows Server.
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software and networking issues.
  • Support VPN, Wi-Fi, DNS and DHCP environments.
  • Assist with IT infrastructure upgrades and business improvement projects.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and asset records.
  • Deliver a high level of customer service to users across the business.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in an IT Support, Service Desk or 2nd Line Support role.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows environments.
  • Commercial experience with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Azure, Microsoft Intune, Windows Server, Group Policy, DNS and DHCP.
  • Experience troubleshooting desktop, hardware and networking issues.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple support requests.
  • Full UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle.
  • Desirable: VMware or Hyper-V experience.
  • Desirable: VoIP or IP Telephony experience.
  • Desirable: Endpoint Security solutions experience.
  • Desirable: iOS and Android device management experience.
  • Desirable: Linux or macOS exposure.
  • Desirable: Manufacturing or industrial environment experience.
