Job description

  • Conduct user research and translate insights into user-centred design solutions.
  • Create user personas, customer journeys, user flows, wireframes and interactive prototypes.
  • Work closely with Product Managers, UI Designers and Developers throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Facilitate usability testing and use findings to refine and improve designs.
  • Present design concepts and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Ensure designs align with accessibility standards and UX best practices.
  • Contribute to design systems and maintain consistency across digital products.
  • Work within Agile delivery teams to meet project deadlines.

  • UX UI Design, We are offering an initial 3-month contract for an experienced UX Designer to join our team in London, working on a hybrid basis with 3 days per week onsite and 2 days remote. This is an exciting opportunity to support the delivery of customer-focused digital products in a fast-paced, collaborative and innovative environment, with the potential for extension and a competitive day rate. You will have the chance to work on high-profile digital products alongside cross-functional teams, with a strong preference for candidates who have retail or e-commerce experience.

Requirements

  • Proven commercial experience as a UX Designer.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX design across web and/or mobile platforms.
  • Proficiency in Figma and other industry-standard design tools.
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working within Agile environments.
  • Previous experience within the retail or e-commerce sector.
  • Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG).
  • Experience working with design systems.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and data-driven design.
