Job description
We're looking for an organised and proactive Data & Analytics Planning Coordinator to join our growing Data & Analytics team. In this role, you'll help coordinate the planning and delivery of work across the team, ensuring projects are well organised, priorities are clear, and stakeholders are kept informed every step of the way.
Working closely with colleagues across Data & Analytics and the wider organisation, you'll play a key role in supporting project planning, maintaining delivery schedules, coordinating meetings, and ensuring work progresses efficiently. Your ability to bring structure, communicate effectively and manage multiple priorities will help the team deliver high quality outcomes that support PDSA's mission.
What You'll Be Doing
Coordinate incoming requests for the Data & Analytics team, ensuring requirements are clearly captured and documented.
Support project planning by defining objectives, timelines, dependencies, and key milestones alongside colleagues.
Maintain project plans, work schedules and tracking tools, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
Act as a key point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress, timelines, and risks.
Produce and maintain clear project documentation, including requirements, business processes, and delivery plans.
Coordinate meetings, planning sessions and project reviews, recording actions, and following up on agreed tasks.
Monitor workloads and identify potential scheduling conflicts or resource pressures, escalating where appropriate.
Provide regular updates and reporting to the Head of Data & Analytics to support effective decision-making.
Requirements
You'll be a highly organised coordinator who enjoys bringing clarity to busy workloads and building strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders. You'll have excellent planning skills, strong attention to detail and the confidence to manage multiple priorities while keeping projects on track.
You'll also bring:
Experience coordinating multiple projects or workstreams.
Excellent organisational and planning skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret information and support decision-making.
Confident communication and stakeholder management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word and Outlook.
Experience working within a data, reporting or analytics environment.
It would also be beneficial if you have experience using data and analytics tools or platforms and have exposure to standard project management skills, although these are not this not essential.
