Job description
- Perform various system administration tasks on-site e.g., installation of new hardware.

Requirements
We are looking for an IT Network Administrator on full-time basis to join our team, who has strong experience of troubleshooting switches and firewalls, ideally CISCO. The successful candidate should have a good knowledge of DHCP, DNS and TCP/IP. You will be responsible for network monitoring, troubleshooting, and configuring along with change control. Any experience of VmWare would also be advantageous.
Skills and experience required:
- Excellent understanding of DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP
- Switch troubleshooting and basic configuration - Ideally Cisco
- Firewall troubleshooting and basic configuration - Ideally Cisco
- Experience of working in an MSP environment (or similar)
- Active Directory and Microsoft 365 administration/support
- Troubleshooting and supporting modern desktop environments (Windows 10/macOS)
- Understanding of computer and server components, networks, and infrastructure
- Polite, confident, and effective communicator
- Sincere passion for exceptional customer service
- Excellent time management and priority determination skills
- Maintaining a high standard of work and professionalism
- Team player - Going The Extra Mile (GTEM), providing feedback and supporting colleagues
- Applicant should have any degree or equivalent qualification.
- Should have minimum 2-4yrs experience and Network admin.
