Job description

We are seeking talented architects to join a growing technology team responsible for designing and delivering secure, scalable solutions across complex government and national security environments.

This role offers the opportunity to influence technical strategy, shape solution architectures and collaborate with leading engineering, cyber security and delivery teams on mission-critical programmes.

Important Requirement

Candidates must hold active DV or eDV (Enhanced Developed Vetting) clearance. Unfortunately, candidates holding SC, or lapsed clearances cannot be considered.

The Role

As a Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing and assuring end-to-end technical solutions across application, infrastructure, security and integration domains., * Developing solution architectures for complex technology environments

  • Producing high-level and low-level design documentation
  • Ensuring compliance with security, information assurance and enterprise architecture standards
  • Working closely with engineering, cyber, operational and delivery teams
  • Leading design reviews, governance and technical assurance activities
  • Evaluating technical options, risks and trade-offs
  • Contributing to technology roadmaps and architectural strategy
  • Supporting integration, transition and operational acceptance activities

Requirements

  • Strong experience as a Solutions Architect, Technical Architect or Enterprise Architect
  • Knowledge of cloud, infrastructure, integration and application architectures
  • Experience delivering secure-by-design solutions
  • Understanding of security architecture principles
  • Experience with technical governance, assurance and architecture reviews
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience working within highly secure government, defence or national security environments
