Job description

We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead a complex, multi-site ERP project. You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering the project across manufacturing sites, ensuring alignment with business goals, minimal disruption to operations, and high adoption across user, This is a Hybrid role and the working hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30am-5pm

Your Duties Will Include:

  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of the ERP system across multiple factory sites.
  • Define detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, resource requirements, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Operations, Finance, IT, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing to gather requirements and ensure smooth integration.
  • Manage third-party vendors, including Infor consultants, implementation partners, and integrators.
  • Coordinate site readiness assessments and develop go-live strategies with minimal impact to production.
  • Oversee data migration, system configuration, testing (UAT), training, and hypercare support.
  • Maintain clear project documentation, status reporting, and executive updates to senior leadership.
  • Monitor budget, scope, and quality throughout the deployment lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing ERP implementation projects, preferably Infor CloudSuite or similar (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Strong background in food manufacturing, FMCG, or complex operational environments.
  • Experience managing multi-site technology rollouts in factory settings.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Skilled in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Azure DevOps, Smartsheet).
  • Strong vendor management, budgeting, and risk management experience.
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills., * Project Management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, AgilePM).
  • Familiarity with Infor CloudSuite modules (e.g., Supply Chain Planning, Manufacturing Execution, Financials).
  • Change management training or experience (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR).
  • Background in lean manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
