Step into the role of Business Intelligence Analyst and play a key part in driving insight across the full end-to-end litigation journey at Overdales. You'll work closely with our Strategy Delivery team and leaders across the business, diving into data to understand performance, spot trends, and influence decision-making. From building and maintaining Power BI reporting and supporting our BI framework, to analysing strategy effectiveness-like how our communications land or how customers engage digitally-you'll turn data into meaningful recommendations. You'll collaborate with stakeholders to understand their MI needs, keep documentation up to date, solve problems as they arise, and deliver high-quality ad-hoc analysis when the business needs it. Requirements
- Strong numeracy skills and confidence working with quantitative data
- Experience in an analytical role with solid problem-solving and curiosity
- Intermediate SQL skills and capability to build dashboards in Power BI (or similar BI tools)
- Proficient use of MS Office, especially Excel
- Effective communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders
- Able to manage multiple priorities and work both independently and within a wider team
