Job description

Graduate Data Centre Technician (J-1 Visa Programme), * Perform hands-on repair, replacement, and installation of data centre hardware components (e.g., power supplies, fans, network cards) across the full lifecycle from deployment through to decommissioning and recycling

  • Conduct routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and physical-layer troubleshooting, including cabling and port testing
  • Manage inventory of spare parts and hardware to support timely repairs, upgrades, and deployments
  • Collaborate with cross-functional technical teams to coordinate hardware replacements and infrastructure setup while minimising disruption
  • Maintain accurate documentation of repair activities, maintenance logs, and configuration updates
  • Support emergency response efforts to resolve critical hardware issues efficiently, * Role matching and placement support for hyperscale data centre opportunities
  • Full guidance through the J-1 visa sponsorship process, including documentation and timelines
  • Pre-departure preparation, onboarding support, and orientation
  • Ongoing check-ins and support throughout your placement
  • Practical settling-in assistance, including housing and local community resources
