Job description

We've recently completed a business-transformational ERP migration and are now entering an exciting new chapter. We're building a high-performing technology team that will partner closely with the business to deliver best-of-breed capabilities across Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform - including embracing AI and next-generation tooling to drive real competitive advantage.

This D365 CE Developer role is hands-on and high impact: you'll design and deliver improvements across Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform, building upgrade-safe customisations and integrations that improve day-to-day operations and compliance. If you're passionate about D365, thrive in a team that's focused on delivering excellence, and are excited about shaping how AI and modern platform capabilities can transform a business - we want to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Design, build and support enhancements across Dynamics 365 CE - with a strong focus on Sales, Field Service, and Case Management modules
  • Design, develop, and maintain complex customisations including plugins, workflows, JavaScript, PCF controls, and custom APIs
  • Lead delivery of Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse), driving automation and self-service capabilities for the business
  • Architect and deliver integrations using Azure services
  • Act as a senior escalation point for complex production issues, drive root cause analysis and long-term fixes
  • Improve ALM, CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, and environment management (Azure DevOps / Git)
  • Provide technical leadership through code reviews, standards, mentoring, and technical input to estimates and delivery plans
  • Champion innovation - identify opportunities to leverage AI, Copilot, and modern platform features to enhance business processes and user experience

Requirements

  • 3-5 years' hands-on experience working with Dynamics 365 CE and the Power Platform
  • Proven experience across CE Sales, Field Service, and/or Case Management modules
  • C# / .NET development for Dynamics 365 CE (plugins, extensibility)
  • JavaScript customisation skills in CE
  • Strong experience with Dataverse / Power Platform, particularly Power Automate and Power Apps
  • Experience with Azure integrations, including Azure Functions, REST APIs, and event-based architectures
  • Experience working with Azure DevOps (source control, pipelines, release/deployment)
  • Experience with SQL Server and relational database design
  • Comfortable leading technically: patterns, quality, documentation, mentoring
  • CE security / data governance understanding (roles, business units, data access patterns)
  • A genuine enthusiasm for building something new - someone who wants to be part of a team that's shaping how technology supports the business.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio (AI-driven automation, virtual agents, and generative AI within the Power Platform)
  • Microsoft Power Platform Developer Associate Certificate
  • Experience integrating CE with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) / ERP systems
