Job description
We're an E-commerce CRO agency working with 8-9 fig businesses in US and Europe.
We need someone who owns client relationships end-to-end. You are the bridge between our clients and our team of CRO strategists, designers, and developers. Your job: make sure clients are happy, projects are delivered with quality, and nothing falls through the cracks.
One sentence: Keep clients happy by being the best communicator in the room.

You will manage 5-7 e-commerce CRO projects at a time for brands making $10M-$100M/year.

You will be the single point of contact for each client -- the person they trust, rely on, and turn to when things get messy.

You will coordinate between our internal team (strategists, designers, developers) and the client to ensure everyone is aligned, deadlines are met, and quality is never compromised.

You will push back when needed, ask the hard questions, and make sure we are delivering real value -- not just checking boxes.
Requirements
- Experience in e-commerce, CRO, or agency work
- Familiarity with Shopify, Klaviyo, or Google Analytics
- Basic understanding of A/B testing and conversion optimization
- Comfortable working across time zones (we work with US-based clients)
- Use AI and is comfortable with using AI and experimenting with AI
