Job description

  • Engage in the design and installation of voice and data networks
  • Provide hardware and software support, ensuring timely resolution of service requests
  • Work collaboratively within the IT Networks team
  • Attend the Councils Lochgilphead office weekly for teamwork
  • Travel to other Council offices and schools as required to support network operations
  • Enhance a professional team committed to delivering high-quality IT services

Requirements

  • Strong experience in the design, installation, and support of voice and data networks

  • Ability to engage effectively with customers and enhance team performance
  • Willingness to travel to support various Council offices
  • Relevant certifications in IT or networking (desirable)
