Job description

As an IT Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the school's IT infrastructure, ensuring staff and students have reliable access to technology. You will work closely with the Network Manager and senior leadership team to provide effective technical support across the school.

You will ensure that hardware, software, and network systems are functioning efficiently, while supporting the integration of digital technologies into classrooms and administrative areas., * Provide first-line and second-line technical support to staff and students

  • Maintain hardware, including desktops, laptops, printers, and interactive screens
  • Support network systems, user accounts, and permissions
  • Assist with installation and configuration of software and equipment
  • Ensure safeguarding and data protection protocols are followed School Information

Requirements

Our client school is seeking a dedicated IT Technician to join their established ICT support team as soon as possible.   • Experience working in an IT support role (school experience desirable)
  • Strong knowledge of Windows systems, networks, and hardware troubleshooting
