The role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on, responsive, and providing high-quality support to staff and pupils in a busy school setting., * Providing first-line IT support to teaching and support staff

• Troubleshooting hardware, software, and basic network issues
• Supporting classroom technology, interactive whiteboards, and AV equipment
• Assisting with user account management, devices, and permissions
• Logging and resolving IT issues in a timely and professional manner
• Supporting the smooth running of IT systems across the school

• Previous experience in an IT Support Officer, IT Technician, or IT Support role
• Good working knowledge of Windows systems and Microsoft 365
• Experience supporting hardware, software, and end users
• Clear communication skills and a calm, helpful approach
• Good organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
• An Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
