Technical Team Lead | .NET, React -HIGH GROWTH SCALE UP!

We're looking for a hands-on Technical Team Lead to take ownership of the architecture and technical direction of a fast-scaling B2B SaaS platform used by major enterprise customers.

This is a high-impact role where you'll sit between engineering and product, shaping how the platform evolves while still staying close to the code.

The Role

• Own and evolve the technical architecture across a modern SaaS platform
• Stay hands-on with coding, reviews and technical decision-making
• Lead and mentor a growing engineering team
• Drive scalability, performance, security and reliability
• Work closely with Product to turn roadmap into scalable solutions, * Real ownership of architecture and technical direction

• MUST HAVE Strong experience with C#, .NET, React and Azure
• Ideally a Background building and scaling B2B SaaS platforms
• Strong understanding of APIs, cloud architecture and integrations
• Proven experience leading or mentoring engineers

Working pattern: 2 days in the office and 3 days at from home
