Job description
- Act as the senior escalation point for infrastructure issues
- Support Microsoft infrastructure across multiple sites
- Resolve complex technical issues
- Maintain VMware and Citrix environments
- Assist with infrastructure improvements and migration projects

- Office 365, We are a global logistics business supporting a 500-user Microsoft infrastructure. This is a fully remote 10-month contract with one day per month in London, offering a broad technical environment, exposure to a VMware to XenServer migration, and TOIL for any out-of-hours work.
