Job description

  • We will rely on you to deliver a range of business-critical projects across customer platforms, internal systems, and data initiatives.
  • We want you to ensure governance is in place and delivery processes are followed.
  • We need you to keep stakeholders aligned and help bring clarity when delivery starts to drift.
  • We expect you to take ownership, keep momentum going, and push back when needed in a collaborative and professional way.
  • You will work closely with teams across Product, Technology, the wider business, and external partners.
  • You will contribute to Salesforce work, customer platform improvements, data and reporting initiatives, mobile apps, internal systems, and smaller business change and BAU projects.

We are a well-established UK organisation that is transforming how we deliver technology and building out our internal project delivery capability. This is a hybrid role based in Mansfield, with office presence usually required in the middle of the week. You will join a friendly, collaborative business with many long-standing employees, and you will have the opportunity to work across a varied pipeline of meaningful projects while helping shape our internal approach to project delivery. The salary for this role is £55,000.

Requirements

  • We are looking for a proven IT Project Manager with a solid background in delivering complex technology projects.
  • We want someone who can bring structure and consistency to busy, fast-moving environments.
  • We need experience working within structured delivery environments and established methodologies such as SDLC, Scrum, or traditional governance frameworks.
  • We value strong stakeholder management skills, including the confidence to handle challenging conversations professionally.
  • We are looking for someone who is organised, confident, and able to maintain standards without creating friction.
  • Experience working with Product, Technology, wider business teams, and external partners would be beneficial.
