O365 / MDM Senior Engineer

• We will have you undertake performance monitoring, tuning, fault diagnosis, and incident and request resolution.
• We will have you support the team in carrying out performance monitoring, tuning, fault diagnosis, and incident and request resolution.
• We will have you support and manage scheduling of project work tasks and liaise with project managers to achieve planned deliverables.
• We will have you automate repeat tasks to improve efficiency and reduce errors.
• We will have you troubleshoot and support the O365 and MDM team to achieve BAU SLA commitments.
• We will have you produce working documentation and HLDs for toolsets or service configurations.
• We will have you contribute to and lead new IT infrastructure projects.
• We will have you share subject matter knowledge and experience across clients.

• Mobile, We are a well-known consultancy offering an exciting opportunity to join our growing End User Services UK department, supporting multiple high-profile clients. This is an onsite role in Manchester for an initial six-month contract, working across collaborative systems and applications, standard operating environments, standard support toolsets, our processes, and enterprise systems. Successful applicants will go through pre-employment checks.

• We require you to be eligible for or hold SC clearance.
• We require you to be a sole UK national.
• We require experience with M365 and Intune.
• We require experience with Azure.
• We require experience in end user desktop support.
• We require experience with Office applications, including SharePoint.
• We require experience with Microsoft Teams.
• We require experience with Skype Federation, which is not essential.
• We require experience with phone handset management and configuration.
• We require experience with enterprise smart device systems such as Blackberry UEM and Android.
