Product Owner

We're looking for a Product Owner to take ownership of a key area of our platform, working closely with Product Managers and Engineering to turn ideas into practical, scalable solutions that solve real problems.

This is a hands-on role where you'll manage the backlog, support delivery and help shape how solutions work in practice.

What you'll be doing:

• Own the backlog and delivery - keep it clear, prioritised, and moving forward; break down work into deliverable increments and partner with Engineering to balance pace with long-term sustainability
• Support solution design and discovery - refine ideas with Product Managers, validate solutions through workflows and customer feedback, and flag risks early
• Think beyond individual features - consider how your work fits into the wider platform, focusing on scalability, reusability, and avoiding unnecessary complexity
• Collaborate across teams - work closely with Product, Engineering and Delivery, sharing progress, raising risks and contributing to roadmap discussions

Essentials

• Experience as a Product Owner, Senior Business Analyst, or in a similar role
• You've worked closely with Engineering teams on complex systems
• You're confident managing and prioritising a backlog
• You're comfortable having technical conversations and understanding trade-offs

Nice to have

• Experience with platform or API-based products
• Background in SaaS or financial services
• Exposure to customer validation or discovery work
