Job description

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Quality Automation Engineer to join a high-performing engineering team focused on improving software quality, delivery efficiency and customer outcomes.

Working within agile, multidisciplinary teams, you'll play a key role in designing and implementing modern test automation strategies, building scalable automation frameworks and embedding quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

This position combines hands-on technical delivery with the opportunity to influence quality best practices, collaborate with developers and stakeholders, and help drive continuous improvement across complex digital environments.

You'll work on a diverse range of projects, leveraging modern automation tooling, AI-assisted engineering capabilities and cloud-based technologies to deliver high-quality solutions at scale.

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in Quality Engineering, Test Automation or Software Testing roles.
  • Strong understanding of automated testing principles and modern quality engineering practices.
  • Hands-on coding experience using at least one object-oriented programming language such as Java, C#, Python, JavaScript or TypeScript.
  • Experience developing and maintaining automation frameworks and test suites.
  • Exposure to modern automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress or similar technologies.
  • Knowledge of AI-assisted development and quality engineering approaches, including tools such as GitHub Copilot or comparable solutions.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and modern software delivery environments would be advantageous.
  • Comfortable working within Agile delivery teams and collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
