Job description
We are seeking a proactive and organised Insurance Administrator / Insurance Officer Support professional to join a busy team on a temporary basis until the end of November. This hybrid role offers an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and an interest in insurance-related work.
The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Insurance team, ensuring the smooth handling of information, documentation, and queries while maintaining high levels of accuracy and customer service., * Provide administrative support to the Insurance Officer and wider team.
- Process, maintain, and update insurance-related records and documentation.
- Pass information accurately and efficiently between internal and external stakeholders.
- Respond to general enquiries and assist with insurance-related correspondence.
- Support the handling of insurance claims, policy information, and associated documentation.
- Ensure all records are maintained in line with organisational procedures.
- Assist with data entry, reporting, and document management tasks.
- Conduct general administrative duties as required to support team objectives.
Requirements
- Previous administration experience in a busy office environment.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workloads effectively.
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Experience within buildings insurance, liability insurance, or a related insurance environment is desirable but not essential.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team., * A professional and customer-focused approach.
