We're now looking for an experienced ICT Project Manager to join our ICT team and help lead the successful delivery of technology and business transformation initiatives across the organisation.
Reporting to the Head of Programme Management Office (PMO), you'll take ownership of a diverse portfolio of projects, leading them from initiation through to successful implementation and benefits realisation. Working with senior stakeholders, business teams, and third-party suppliers, you'll play a key role in driving change, improving processes, and delivering technology solutions that support our strategic objectives.

About our role
As ICT Project Manager, you'll be responsible for leading multiple concurrent projects while ensuring delivery to agreed timescales, budgets, and quality standards.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading the end-to-end delivery of ICT and business transformation projects.
- Managing project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and dependencies.
- Driving organisational change and technology adoption across the business.
- Developing and maintaining project plans, ensuring projects are appropriately governed and controlled.
- Providing regular reporting to project boards, steering groups, and senior stakeholders.
- Identifying, managing, and mitigating project risks and issues.
- Ensuring adherence to project governance frameworks and best practice methodologies.
- Facilitating project workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions.
- Building strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders across all levels of the organisation.
- Managing external suppliers and partners to achieve desired programme outcomes.
- Supporting and developing members of the wider PMO and business analysis teams.
- Conducting post-implementation reviews and ensuring successful project close-out and lessons learned.
- Working closely with the Implementation Manager and wider ICT leadership team to support strategic delivery objectives.

About you
You'll be an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of delivering successful technology and business change projects through the full project lifecycle.
You'll combine strong project management expertise with excellent stakeholder management skills and the ability to influence at all levels of the business.
- Demonstrable experience managing and delivering end-to-end ICT projects.
- Strong knowledge and practical application of both Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- PRINCE2 Practitioner, APM qualification, or equivalent project management certification.
- Experience leading business transformation and organisational change initiatives.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the confidence to influence and challenge constructively.
- Strong leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience managing project budgets, resources, risks, and governance requirements.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously.
- Strong planning, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing third-party suppliers and delivery partners.
- A resilient and adaptable approach with the ability to maintain momentum and focus in a fast-paced environment.
- A pragmatic approach to project delivery, balancing governance, risk, and business needs.
- A collaborative mindset with a focus on developing others and driving team success
