Job description

NINES Group is seeking a full time Project Manager / Corporate Relationship Manager to oversee partner communications, coordinate cross functional projects, and support the successful execution of business initiatives across multiple divisions.

This position serves as the primary point of coordination between our company, business partners, and internal departments. The role involves managing ongoing projects, maintaining strong partner relationships, tracking progress, organizing communications, and ensuring projects move forward efficiently.

The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, communicating professionally, staying organized, and managing multiple priorities at the same time. Since our company supports a diverse portfolio of brands across different industries, the ability to adapt quickly and switch between projects is essential.

Responsibilities

Partnership & Project Management

  • Manage relationships with business partners throughout the lifecycle of each project
  • Coordinate onboarding for new partners and clients
  • Maintain clear communication with partners while documenting meeting notes, discussions, and project updates
  • Assist with reviewing partnership proposals, agreements, and business terms
  • Coordinate project timelines and ensure deliverables stay on schedule
  • Work closely with internal departments including sales, logistics, finance, and marketing to keep projects moving efficiently
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and communicate updates to leadership
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and project documentation for internal and external meetings

Logistics & Operations Coordination

  • Coordinate international logistics processes between Korea and the United States with third party logistics providers
  • Monitor shipping schedules, customs documentation, warehouse coordination, and import processes
  • Assist with documenting operational procedures and improving internal workflows
  • Coordinate logistics and operational planning for trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events

Please note: This position coordinates logistics operations but does not perform physical warehouse or shipping work.

Executive Support

  • Support company executives during business meetings, client visits, and special projects
  • Assist with meeting preparation, follow up communication, and scheduling
  • Provide operational support during executive travel and external business activities
  • Handle additional administrative and project related responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Professional experience working with clients, partners, or cross functional teams
  • Strong attention to detail and follow through
  • Confidence communicating with executives, clients, and business partners
  • Ability to solve problems independently and remain flexible as priorities change
  • Professional attitude with a high level of accountability

An interest in Korean business, culture, or consumer brands is a plus. Korean language proficiency is beneficial but not required.
