Job description

  1. Manage and optimize firewall security policies and IPS rules.

  2. Monitor security threats, analyze logs, and respond to security incidents.

  3. Manage security exceptions, whitelists, and vulnerability remediation.

  4. Deploy and maintain EDR/endpoint protection solutions.

  5. Monitor endpoint security, investigate alerts, and perform incident response.

  6. Manage EDR console, software updates, licensing, and security policies., 1. Manage and optimize the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) to support manufacturing operations.

  7. Administer MES user accounts, access permissions, menus, and master data, including Items, BOM, Routing, Processes, Equipment, and Work Centers.

  8. Manage production orders, work orders, production results, defect records, rework, process history, and product traceability data (LOT & Serial Number).

  9. Maintain and update work instructions, system screens, reports, and label configurations based on production line and process requirements.

  10. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve MES system issues, data integrity, and interface/integration with related systems., 1. Manage WAN Internet circuits, including provisioning, termination, and service changes.

  11. Coordinate with Internet Service Providers (ISPs) for incident response, escalation, and service restoration.

  12. Monitor WAN performance, bandwidth utilization, SLA compliance, public IP allocation, and routing policies.

  13. Manage wired and wireless network infrastructure across office and manufacturing environments.

  14. Administer endpoint connectivity and Network Access Control (NAC).

  15. Design, configure, and maintain switching, routing, VLANs, and ACLs.

  16. Manage wireless access points (APs), SSIDs, and authentication methods (PSK, 802.1X).

  17. Troubleshoot network hardware and software issues, perform root cause analysis, and resolve connectivity problems.

  18. Manage network equipment lifecycle, including maintenance, spare inventory, End-of-Life (EoL) planning, and configuration standardization.

  19. Perform change management, configuration backup, rollback planning, and firmware/IOS upgrades.

Requirements

  • Experience with firewall, IPS, EDR, and endpoint security solutions.

  • Strong knowledge of network security and vulnerability management.

  • Experience with security monitoring, log analysis, and incident response.

  • Familiarity with security policy management and access control.

  • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills., * Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and production workflows.

  • At least 2 or more experience with MES administration, operation, and continuous improvement.

  • Knowledge of MES master data management and production data control.

  • Familiarity with production traceability, including LOT and Serial Number management.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot system and data issues., * Strong knowledge of WAN, LAN, wired/wireless networking, and TCP/IP fundamentals.

  • Experience managing enterprise network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless networks.

  • Hands-on experience with VLAN, ACL, routing, switching, NAC, and wireless authentication (802.1X).

  • Experience monitoring network performance, bandwidth utilization, and SLA compliance.

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for network hardware, software, and connectivity issues.

  • Experience with firmware/IOS upgrades, configuration management, backup, and change control.

  • Ability to work effectively with ISPs and external vendors to resolve network-related issues.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $80,000.00 per year
