Job description

Respond to customer inquiries and support requests via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our healthcare software and services.

  • Provide step-by-step guidance to customers on how to use our products effectively.

  • Provide proactive digital navigation support, guiding patients and caregivers through our platform and anticipating their needs.

  • Document and track support requests and resolutions in our ticketing system.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.

  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering outstanding service and support.

  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of support documentation and FAQs.

  • Stay updated on product features, updates, and industry trends to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.

Shipping and Receiving Qualifications/Skills:

  • Collaborates and communicates with logistics technicians, customer service representatives, service providers, and others involved in the shipment and receipt of products.

  • Tracks, traces, and updates the status of incoming and outgoing shipments.

  • Unloads deliveries and sorts and stocks receivables.

  • Assemble packaged kits for delivery

  • Provides backup support for logistics personnel

  • Maintains a clean, neat, working area.

HIPAA, Privacy & Security Responsibilities

  • Comply with all HIPAA, HITECH, company privacy policies, and information security requirements.

  • Maintain strict confidentiality of patient, client, and company information.

  • Access, use, and disclose Protected Health Information (PHI) only as required to perform assigned duties.

  • Report any suspected privacy, security, or compliance concerns according to company procedures.

  • Participate in required HIPAA, privacy, security, and compliance training programs.

  • Adhere to established data protection, password management, device security, and record retention practices.

Requirements

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-Time Helpdesk/Customer & Logistics Support representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and patients, resolving technical issues, and ensuring a seamless user experience. This position requires excellent communication skills, a strong technical aptitude, and a compassionate approach to customer service., Previous experience in a helpdesk or customer support role, preferably in a healthcare or technology setting.

  • Strong technical troubleshooting skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Empathetic and patient approach to customer interactions.

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the office work environment.

  • Familiarity with healthcare software and electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus.

  • Proficiency in using ticketing systems, CRM software, and other support tools.

  • Strong sense of time organization and urgency
