Job description
- Monitor and maintain the organization's IT systems and networks * Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner * Install and configure new hardware and software as needed * Perform regular system backups and ensure data integrity * Collaborate with IT teams to implement and maintain security protocols and procedures * Provide technical support and training to end-users as needed * Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights * Monitor system performance and proactively address capacity and performance issues * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in IT operations.
