  • Performs configuration, installation, troubleshooting maintenance and repair of hardware and software related to: WAN and LAN equipment, VoIP, SIP, and Wireless network equipment.
  • Responsible for ensuring uptime of information technology (IT) delivery channels, which include Internet connection, Voice Response, LANs, WANs, Phone System, and servers, in accordance with published Service Level Agreements. Utilizes ITSM software for logging, forwarding, working, and closing tickets for all support cases.
  • Administer core network services including DNS, DHCP, E911, and remote connectivity solutions.
  • Assists with Patch management of network equipment and systems as assigned.
  • Information Security & Systems Management
  • Implement, monitor, and maintain network security technologies, including firewalls, intrusion prevention/ intrusion detection systems, anti-malware solutions, and content filtering tools.
  • Support patch management activities and ensure compliance with information security standards and best practices
  • Participate in business continuity, disaster recovery, backup, and recovery planning and testing activities.
  • Technical Support & Customer Service
  • Provide timely and professional technical support by responding to and resolving service requests through the IT service management platform.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and business partners to troubleshoot issues and ensure prompt resolution within established SLAs.
  • Ensures information security standards and processes are maintained; maintains the integrity of network security systems to ensure data is appropriately protected.
  • Provides "on-call" support on assigned nights & weekends.
  • Travel's to AEFCU offices and data centers for network and security equipment maintence and support.
  • Physical Security Systems Administration
  • Assists with the planning, design, implementation configuration, and administration of security devices and/or solutions including Keyscan, IDIS, and Honeywell alarm systems.
  • Process badge access requests, user changes, and security-related system updates.
  • Assist with video surveillance reviews, security incident support, and physical security reporting requests.
  • Administer moves, adds and changes for user of IT systems, which include VPN access, MDM solutions, instant messaging, web conferences, badge and security.

Requirements

This role requires Subject Matter Expertise and the ability to provide mentorship, guidance and training to other team members. While this level of expertise will generally be attained with a minimum of 5-8 years in a previous IT related role and Bachelor's degree in a computer or business-related field. Priority will be place upon the demonstration of the ability to meet qualifications without an absolute focus on duration of experience, in recognition that the attainment of such qualifications may be obtained at different paces by different individuals.
