Manager, EDM & Data Governance - INTL - Ireland

We are seeking a Manager of Enterprise Data Modeling to join a growing team out of Dublin for a large supply chain client. This individual will be leading the design, governance, and delivery of enterprise data models that support analytics, AI/ML, and GenAI initiatives. This role serves as a kay partner to the Senior Manager of Enterprise Data Modeling, driving data architecture standards, governance best practices, and AI-ready foundations across enterprise platforms. Once ramped up, this manager will have the following key responsibilities:

• Own delivery of high-quality, accurate, and reusable data models
• Establish and encourage the use of AI-ready modeling patterns and standards in data quality and data governance capabilities
• Improve integration with data quality and data governance Bridge all enterprise teams among EDM, Data Governance, and AI

• 10-12 Years experience in Enterprise Data Modeling and Data Architecture
• Hands-on experience utilizing ErWin Data Modeler architecting Canonical, Transactional, and Dimensional modeling with enterprise level data (ERP, CRM, OMS, MDM, AR)
• Technical background on Databricks platforms (Delta Lake, Unity Catalog) and SQL for Data Transformation
• Strong knowledge and ability to drive best practices across data governance frameworks, data quality principles, and metadata/lineage Experience leveraging AI/ML pipelines in data platforms, modeling, quality, and governanc

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Experience with MDM and Data Quality tooling
• Exposure to vector data bases and data embeddings for use cases
• Supply Chain/Procurement/Pricing platforms experience (Oracle Fusion, IBM, Flintfox, etc.) and Interest in growing within Data Governance/Data Quality leadership
