Google CX Agent Studio AI Architect

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience building Agentic AI workflows using Google CX AS, strong Python programming skills, and experience integrating conversational AI solutions with CRM, Billing Systems (BSS), OSS, Order Management, and Contact Center platforms. Candidates should have prior Telecom industry experience and must be capable of leading technical teams, conducting code reviews, mentoring developers, and driving end-to-end solution delivery.
