The Leidos Security and Engineering Programs (SEP) is seeking a ServiceNow Developer for the Center for Information Systems Security (CISS) program. This position requires the ability to work flexible hours in Chantilly, VA with as-needed travel to Washington DC or Alexandria, VA (under 25%).\n \n Work Schedule is as follows:\n \n Monday thru Friday: 6AM-2:30PM\n \n \nPrimary Responsibilities\n \n Maintain, support, and troubleshoot an on-prem production ServiceNow instance. Work with customers and end users to develop solutions for requested enhancements in development and sandbox environments before migrating to production. Assist with instance upgrades, including changes to licensing based off requirements and growth. Collaborate with team lead to create roadmap with timelines for project management and reporting purposes.\n \n, u2022 Scripting & logic: Write and debug clean JavaScript for Client Scripts, Business Rules, and Script Includes.\n \n \nServiceNow Platform Knowledge:\n \u2022 Platform configuration: Modify tables, forms, lists, UI Polices/Actions, and Access Control Lists (ACLs).\n \u2022 Process automation: Build and maintain cross-module workflows using Flow Designer and Workflow Editor.\n \u2022 System administration: Experience with User administration, Groups, and Roles.\n \u2022 Reporting: Create and share standard dashboards and platform reports.\n \u2022 Instance hygiene: Understand how to capture changes using Update Sets.\n \u2022 Generalist development: Support, configure, and customize features across multiple modules including ITSM and custom applications.\n \n, u2022 One of the following active certifications or the ability to obtain within one month of hire: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist, or other ServiceNow certification.\n \n \nPreferred Qualifications:\n \u2022 ITIL v3 Foundations Certification\n \u2022 ServiceNow API experience, such as REST and SOAP\n \u2022 Experience with ServiceNow on-prem.\n \n If you're looking for comfort, keep scrolling.
