Job description
First Financial Collection Group in Southfield, MI seeks Data Analyst. Duties include: Design and develop proprietary, AI-driven business systems from the ground up to replace legacy third-party software and reduce licensing costs. Lead the full modernization and cloud migration of the company's existing operational tools, ensuring that all newly developed applications are secure, scalable, and fully owned by the company. These new systems are built to improve efficiency, resolve existing limitations of the current software, and provide customized functionality tailored to the company's specific operational needs. Leverage artificial intelligence and advanced data engineering techniques to streamline business operations and significantly improve efficiency. Design and build secure AI-driven systems that analyze large volumes of operational data in real time, detecting missing tasks, overdue client follow-ups, and incomplete insurance billing information to ensure timely reimbursements and uninterrupted service delivery. Develop and maintain automated reporting pipelines that generate daily dashboards and trend analyses for company owners and stakeholders. Design and implement data integration solutions that consolidate multiple heterogeneous databases into a centralized data warehouse and dashboard, providing executives with accurate, near real-time business intelligence across all operational locations. Contribute to full-stack development efforts, including on the front end using React.js, Tailwind CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), and D3.js to build interactive dashboards and internal business applications and on the back end, utilize Python to design and optimize ETL pipelines and data storage architectures that support AI and automation workflows. Work across both legacy SQL systems and modern database technologies, ensuring seamless integration and migration between platforms. Integrate the company's proprietary healthcare software (billing, claims, and patient management). Build middleware tools and APIs that connect securely with these systems, enabling tailored insights, automation, and improved data accuracy. DevOps responsibilities include managing CI/CD pipelines using Git, Docker, and cloud orchestration tools, ensuring secure, reliable, and scalable deployments. Lead implementation of AI-powered disaster recovery mechanisms, including automated incremental backups, versioning, and encrypted offsite replication to safeguard business data. Develop custom AI-driven automation tools using NLP, robotic process automation (RPA), and predictive analytics, which eliminate repetitive administrative tasks, optimize workforce productivity, and reduce human error. Lead the design and deployment of a machine learning platform for doctors across multiple clinics to analyze clinical, billing, and historical patient data to provide predictive insights that improve diagnostic accuracy, optimize treatment recommendations, and reduce medical errors.
