The Change Manager will lead end-to-end change management activities for a high-impact, cross-functional initiative that spans Sourcing, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Product Development, and Global Supply Chain teams. This role focuses on driving successful implementation and adoption of an internally developed sourcing technology solution (SIMS), partnering closely with program leaders, product owners, sourcing, finance, technology teams, and diverse stakeholders. The position is ideal for a change management professional who blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution and is passionate about guiding people through transformational change in a fast-paced, highly visible environment., * Develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy that aligns with program objectives and organizational values.
- Conduct detailed change impact assessments to identify business process, technology, and organizational impacts across functions.
- Assess organizational readiness for SIMS implementation and identify barriers to adoption, escalation points, and mitigation actions.
- Create and maintain integrated change, communication, and training plans that are aligned with project milestones and timelines.
- Partner with program leadership, product owners, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure change activities are coordinated with delivery schedules.
- Identify, monitor, and proactively mitigate change risks and resistance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Map stakeholder groups, assess their specific impacts, and develop targeted engagement and support strategies for each audience.
- Design and develop role-based training programs and learning materials, including instructor-led training content, virtual training assets, e-learning modules, job aids, quick reference guides, and support resources.
- Create and document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for new processes, workflows, and system interactions introduced by SIMS.
- Deliver training sessions, workshops, office hours, and knowledge-sharing forums to build confidence and competence among end users.
- Partner with Learning & Development teams to ensure training solutions are scalable, sustainable, and integrated into ongoing learning programs.
- Identify and engage impacted stakeholder groups across the organization to build awareness, understanding, and commitment to the change.
- Develop and execute communication strategies that drive awareness, clarity, and adoption, using appropriate channels and messaging for each audience.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and teams navigating change, providing guidance on messaging, engagement, and risk mitigation.
- Gather, synthesize, and analyze stakeholder feedback to continuously refine change, communication, and training approaches.
- Foster collaboration, trust, and inclusion throughout the change journey, modeling a people-first mindset and resilient behavior.
- Define adoption metrics, success measures, and key performance indicators in partnership with business leaders.
- Monitor readiness, training participation, and adoption metrics during implementation and post-launch, and report insights to program leadership.
- Establish feedback mechanisms such as surveys, focus groups, and user forums to capture user sentiment and improvement opportunities.
- Support stabilization and reinforcement activities following go-live, including targeted coaching, refresher training, and communication campaigns.
- Capture lessons learned and best practices from the SIMS program to inform future transformation initiatives and enterprise change efforts.
- Collaborate with sourcing, finance, technology, and global supply chain stakeholders to ensure a seamless rollout and positive user experience.

- Proven track record supporting enterprise system implementations or large-scale business transformation initiatives.
- Strong experience designing, developing, and delivering training programs, SOPs, workflows, and end-user documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change initiatives across multiple functions and diverse stakeholder groups.
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation capabilities.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence without direct authority.
- Robust project planning and organizational abilities, with experience managing multiple workstreams and priorities.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments with shifting priorities and complex stakeholder landscapes.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proficiency with Smartsheet for planning, tracking, and reporting change-related activities., * Experience supporting supplier management, procurement, master data management, sourcing, or supply chain programs.
- Familiarity with change management methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR, Agile Change Management, or similar frameworks.
- Experience working within large, matrixed, global organizations.
- Background in retail, food and beverage, consumer packaged goods (CPG), or related industries.
- Relevant certifications or degrees in Change Management, Organizational Development, Business, Communications, or related fields.
- Experience with enterprise change management and system implementation in complex environments.
- Strong project management capabilities supporting enterprise change initiatives.

The pay range for this position is $95.00 - $100.00/hr.
