IT Solutions Delivery Lead

• Manages a team of architects through the process of defining a roadmap, creating a strategy and implementing a solution. This team may include supervisors.
• Designs, implements, tests and deploys necessary components using the latest technologies and best practices.
• Manages the selection of enterprise middleware platforms and frameworks for building integration assets to optimize for flexibility, long-term viability, and time to market.
• Establishes programming standards and program documentation requirements.
• Reviews the current status of services and prepares recommendations for service improvements.
• Manages, defines, and governs middleware & integration architecture standards, tools, best practices, and development methodologies through the end to end life cycle.
• Ensures effective enterprise IT infrastructure deployment, and effectively manage consolidation of disparate solutions for reduced technology spend.
• Manages proactive technical oversight and mentorship to integration services architecture and development teams fostering re-use, design for scale, stability, and operational efficiency., * Sensata Technologies, Inc. • A university degree required (i.e. Bachelors degree) or equivalent relevant work experience.
