Job description
- Install, configure, calibrate, and test IT equipment, peripherals, and endpoint devices.
- Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues before they impact users.
- Perform hardware diagnostics, troubleshooting, repairs, and basic software integration.
- Support IT project deployments, including technical dress rehearsals, go-live activities, and post-deployment support.
- Administer basic Windows operating system functions (Windows 10/11), including user account management, system configuration, and device setup.
- Ensure all equipment is operating efficiently and in accordance with established standards.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and project activities as required.
- Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to resolve technical challenges quickly and professionally.
- Deliver an outstanding customer experience by providing responsive, courteous, and effective technical support.

3+ years of experience providing technical support in a business-to-business (B2B) or managed services environment.

Experience supporting printers, scanners, barcode devices, mobile devices, or other IT peripherals.

Basic understanding of Active Directory, TCP/IP networking, and software deployment.

Experience supporting healthcare or enterprise environments is a plus.

Industry certifications such as CompTIA ITF+, A+, Network+, Security+, or equivalent are .
